Medical Asset Management System (Med-AMS) is a comprehensive solution designed to streamline the asset management processes for medical facilities. Med-AMS automates and centralizes the management of medical equipment, supplies, and other assets, allowing for improved accuracy, efficiency, and transparency. With Med-AMS, medical facilities can keep track of their assets from procurement to disposal, ensuring proper maintenance and utilization. By using Med-AMS, medical facilities can increase the longevity of their assets, reduce costs, and improve the quality of healthcare services provided to patients
The Med-AMS stores medical asset information like description, expiration/ maintenance date, use duration, etc. The asset information can be accessed or edited by the medical staffs and other stakeholders with appropriate role-based rights.
The working state (functioning, partially functioning, non-functioning and obsolete) of an asset can be updated from time to time.
The Med-AMS provides a vendor interface for due maintenance of the assets. A ticket can be raised to a vendor for a non-functioning asset, hence, digitizing the entire maintenance workflow.
